Shipping & Delivery
UK Delivery Terms.
Our cut off time for orders is 1pm each day, we usually despatch all orders on an overnight courier service. This means you should receive your order (if on the UK mainland) by Next Working Day Delivery or within 2/3 working days for UK Offshore and remote addresses. However, as a safety margin we do ask UK Offshore customers to allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Our courier delivers Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Saturdays deliveries are only available to UK Mainland and at a premium charge, please contact us for details. An email will be sent to you the evening your order is despatched.

Please note: These are not guaranteed times; there is no such a thing as a guaranteed delivery day as Zanzo Juicers nor the couriers can legislate for problems arising in transit. Even so, 99% of our despatched orders are attempted the following working day. If your order is urgent, we suggest allowing sufficient time to get the order to you allowing for any eventualities, if in doubt please contact us.

If you wish to redirect the package to an alternative address once the order has been despatched, this will incur extra charges starting from £15.80 depending on weight. Please be aware that these charges are the responsibility of the customer, if you would like to make a change to the delivery address after the item has been despatched, please contact us.

If the goods are not delivered within the timescale set out above, and no card has been left by the courier, please contact us. Please note: We cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery on the part of the couriers.

We use Barclays Merchant Services to process your personal and credit card details. All transactions are securely encrypted.

This website takes every precaution to protect customers' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and offline. When our order form asks customers to enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when users are just 'surfing'.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect users' information offline. All of our customers' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, those processing orders or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept regularly up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment: a locked and alarmed office.

Your right to cancel
Under the Distance Selling Regulations the customer is given the right to return unwanted goods within a fixed time period. This "cooling-off" period gives you 7 working days in which to cancel your order without giving a reason. The cooling-off period starts on the day after the day that the goods are received. During this time you are only required to inform us that you wish to cancel the order and you are not obliged to return the goods within the cooling-off period.

When exercising the right to cancel during the cooling-off period, goods are to be returned at the customer's expense. However, refunds are not dependent on the goods being returned. If goods are not returned to us after a customer has exercised the right to cancel, we require that they are made available for collection. The direct cost of collection will be deducted from the refund. You will remain liable for the cost of any goods that are not returned or made available for collection. We will pay the refund to your original payment card within a maximum of 30 days from the date of cancellation, if the card has expired during this time or if you paid by another means, we will pay the refund by cheque. Where a returned item forms part of a larger order, only the proportion of the delivery charge applying to that item will be refunded.

We want you to be happy with your purchase so please check that it meets with your approval within the cooling-off period. We do not accept returns of unwanted goods after this period has elapsed unless they are faulty.

If you are ordering from outside the EU, the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply and you will not be entitled to a full refund if you wish to cancel. If you wish to cancel an order from outside the EU please contact us.

If you are ordering on behalf of a business the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply and our contract of sale with your business is complete when you accept delivery of the goods. It is important that you select the correct product for your needs as you will not be entitled to a full refund if you wish to return the goods. We do not normally accept the return of goods bought by a business unless the product is new and in its original, unopened packaging.
